Business Central project estimation: how do you handle scoping and assumptions?

Hi everyone,

For Business Central projects, how do you usually structure your pre-sales estimation process?

Do you use Excel templates, internal questionnaires, workshops, past project benchmarks, or a dedicated methodology?

I’m especially interested in how you capture assumptions around scope, integrations, data migration, reporting, licenses, warehouse processes, and delivery effort.

How do you make the final estimate clear enough for both the customer and the delivery team?
