Dot matrix printer for printing checks in Business Central SAAS

Hi forum, as anyone had experience installing checks in the dot matrix printer for printing checks in Business Central SAAS? We have a client who uses this type of printer, but when printing the check, it comes out blank, as if it doesn't read the font type and format. Any ideas?

    It would be a less expensive solution to simply purchase a new printer, even if they only use it for checks.
