    Hello,

    The error shown in the screenshot indicates that access to the Power Platform environment is being blocked by an IP restriction policy.

    The error code ipAddressNotInSpecifiedRange means that the public IP address being used to access the environment is not included in the list of allowed IP ranges configured by the administrator.

    This commonly occurs when:

    • The environment has IP firewall restrictions enabled.
    • The user is connecting from a different network (home, VPN, mobile hotspot, another office location, etc.).
    • The organization's public IP address has changed and the allowlist has not been updated.
