Workflow notifications Issue

I have done mentioned below configuration for workflow notification:-

Enabled Notification in workflow configuration and selected my user as the recipient.

Enabled “Send notification to action Center” option in User Options

Now i am getting notification but only at the time an items is assigned to me, Not when the workflow is Approved, Rejected, Delegation Escalation and Request change. I want notification in my action center for workflow Approval, Rejection, Delegation Escalation and Request change.

Is their any configuration that i have missed?

I think we don't have any out of the feature to send an notifications for all the events but this can be achieveable using customization.

According the notification settings, you should get a notification when the workflow is approved etc. There is no other configuration that I am aware of that you missed. I suggest to use the debugger to figure out why the system is not generating notifications. Have you tested with yourself only? Or with other users?
