Hi team,

I do myself service update and not faced issues any. If I faced a issues during service update , what will be the best approach to be follow.

If anyone personally faced any issues and make documentation to resolve it. Pls share.

Your first step will be checking the result in LCS, downloading logs and finding out what exactly failed.

There is no universal solution for any possible problem.

In environment details. That's the place where you start the update and can monitor the progress. If an error occurs, you'll get information about it too.

Thanks Martin, I have checked in Environment updates -- there are Service status, Request status , Download logs etc.

With the above options we can monitor the status and get the log file as well. Am I correct ?

Is this the only way to get it ? Pls advise thanks

Yes, the status shows you the status and Download logs allows you to download logs, as discussed above. I wonder why you even need to ask me about it.

This is the only way on LCS. When you update DEV boxes, you can also connect to the environment and check log files there, but you'd start in LCS anyway.
