Have a few questions around this.
Whats the difference between remittance advice and payment advice?
Where or how are these generated in D365 F&O - Any guidance on how to create or send these?
All I know they are emailed to a generic email as an excel file - very standard but not very user friendly - see below example. Below is an example of the remittance I received, with key data X’d out.
I would like to understand how to:
- Add text to the email
- Add subject to email
- Excel – change to UK date format
- Make a PDF attachment? (might be tricky)
- Include currency symbols
- include a logo
