Custom fields on the Pass entity (msevtmgt_pass) form in RTM

Hi - we're mostly done migrating from Outbound to RT in our Marketing module, but we need to add a custom field (that we used in OB) to the new Pass forms. But no matter what changes we make to the Pass forms in the Maker, it's ignored when that form is rendered in the app (any app, not just CI-J)  - we cannot seem to add that field to the forms.

Does anyone know if there is a process for this, or a workaround? We have a custom Events website which uses that field to decide whether to show that Pass or not.

Thanks

Make sure the field is correctly added to the Pass entity schema and placed on the form. After that, publish the changes and clear the cache. Ensure the app you’re testing is updated and targeting the right configuration.

Also, check user permissions and ensure no custom code or dependencies are affecting the visibility of the field. If issues persist, try adding the field in a fresh environment to rule out conflicts.
