We are currently transitioning to RealTime marketing and are working on recreating our forms. We have built a Dynamics workflow that sends out an notification email to our Marketing team email inbox. This email is used as a notification so they know a new form has been filled out, but it also contains the details of the sumbitted fields (contact details, company etc) and a direct link to the contact record and form submission in Dynamics. Marketing uses this email to forward it to the right salesperson so he/she has a heads up and extra info on this new lead.
Since RT Marketing uses a different table, I cannot find it to rebuild this exact scenario. I also tried a Powerautomate, but the name for the table remains the same but it doesn't do anything.
What is the best way to recreate this scenario for RT Marketing forms? Thanking you in advance!
How to send notification and details to emailbox after form submission in RT Marketing
This is the stuff that really frustrates me with Dynamics marketing. To send a simple email alert requires all of this setup, in any other decent MAP that would be a readily available flow step.
