We are receiving this error occasionally for few customers across all the stores , it is not same customer all the time when this issue occurs.
this happening during partial payment with loyalty and other payment method cash.
Have customization on loyalty programs for earn and burn at the same time.
I believe the loyalty payment method does not work with earn or return earn at the same time, and an order can’t have earn and redeem points simultaneously in the same transaction!
Confirm whether the transaction is attempting to earn points and redeem points in the same sale for the same customer
