Our company is based in Saudi Arabia and we are using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We are preparing for ZATCA Phase 2 compliance, which requires real-time clearance and integration with the ZATCA Fatoorah platform.
We are evaluating the best approach to integrate our D365 F&O environment and would appreciate insights from others who have already navigated this.
Key Questions:
Integration Path: Has anyone successfully implemented a third-party connector or solution for ZATCA Phase 2 with D365 F&O? If so, which provider did you use, and what was your experience?
Technical Considerations: Were there significant challenges with data mapping, cryptographic stamping, or handling API errors from within the D365 workflow?
Compliance Assurance: How did you ensure the solution remained compliant with ZATCA's evolving technical requirements?
