In Dynamics CRM sales (online) under Queue, when I select a queue item and click on the "Route" ribbon button, the default selection is route to another queue, but I want to change this to  "User/Team" default. since we never route to another queue.

    hai, i just want to know how to change the option "route to another queue". and keep "User/Team" as the first option in the pop-up?

    Have you checked if the new owner or team is also updated in worked by field .?
