Upload new price lists or edit current ones then re-upload

I have many changes to the various price lists that I have in my system. I cannot seem to find the excel template or the process to do a bulk upload. I have 4 different price lists, but I would actually like to add one more. I want to create 5 separate Excel sheets with their associated product prices and then upload them.

Please show me the template and the process.
