An user doesn't appear in the All Eligible Users list within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 app

an user is not appearing in the all eligible users list
- server synchronisation is on
- role is attached
what can I do more
 
I think the problem is that for that user I have multipe mailboxes, how can I remove one
