Automatic Financial dimension

Hi all,

When I raised Free Tax Invoice, I noticed financial dimension for trade debtor doesn't follow through like GST.

We need trade debtor to have financial dimension also. Does anyone know how to make financial dimension for this account automatically come up same as GST?

Hi,

Debtors dimension comes from the header dimension value of SO or Free Text Invoice, can you check if you added dimension into the header?

Set up the financial dimension on the Customer master to ensure it defaults into transactions, such as unposted FTI.

Alternatively, you can manually enter the financial dimension directly on the transaction itself (e.g., unposted FTI).

Hi,

As Ramit suggested you can check the header level for Debtors.

Alternatively, you can default financial dimensions at customer master level, so when you select a customer financial dimensions will be automatically updated at the header.
