Hi Everyone,
I'm using Dynamics 365 Customer Service's Copilot Service Workspace and noticed that the left navigation pane (site map/navigation menu) automatically collapses after navigation or during usage.
Is there any supported way to keep the navigation pane permanently expanded or pinned open for users?
I've checked the workspace settings and experience profiles but haven't found any configuration option to disable the auto-collapse behavior.
I'd like to know:

Is this the expected out-of-the-box behavior?

Is there any setting, personalization option, or customization available to keep the navigation pane open?

Has anyone found a supported workaround for this?
