I would appreciate your help with an issue we are facing in a Business Central Cloud Production environment.
Recently, when publishing an extension update to Production, the extension appears with the status “Not Found” in Extension Management, preventing us from publishing changes. The same extension works correctly in Sandbox, where deployments complete without issues.
We have observed the same behavior in W1 version 27.5 and version 28, and this issue has only started occurring recently.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows a possible solution?
Has this problem been reported previously?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
