We are encountering an issue in our child domain where reports fail to execute with the error message: "Unable to logon." Below are the details:
- We have domain A (parent) and child domain B (A → B).
- The setup includes three load balancers: AOS1, AOS2, and AOS3. (All load balancer is installed on domain A)
- Users belonging to domain A (Parent) are experiencing no issues, and everything works as expected.
- However, for users in child domain B, all functionalities work fine except for report execution. When attempting to run a report, the system throws the "Unable to logon" error.
Please let me know if any additional details are needed to troubleshoot this issue.
