Consent centre form formatting

I'm setting up Real-time marketing for the first time and trying to set up the Consent Centre form. I can edit the copy on the form but can't work out how to amend the formatting to our brand or add the individual topics. I don't get any options to edit the form directly and change the formatting. I'm doing this within the Compliance profile, then click on the Preference page.

Could this be to do with permissions or am I trying to amend in the wrong place?
