Error on Post-Import SQL query for enabling users - SqlPackage BACPAC Import

I have imported a bacpac DB file via SqlPackage. The operation was successful but the sql script that restores previous users has failed with the following error:
 
"Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'DATAGROUP', table 'AxDB.dbo.RETAILCONNDATABASEPROFILE'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails."
