import excel in Contacts

Hi, 
I need a bulk import in Contact. I'm using core functionality Import Excel.

next step is the field mapping and when finish and start the import an error is raised: the data mapping already contains this list value mapping
//
 
 
This happen also adding or not a name for mapping (note: in the screenshot I'm not edit a data mapping)
//
 
 
Inside import panel review the status is /non riuscito/ without other useful information
//
 
 
How proceed with import?
