Organization Email template uploading error "Unexpected Client Error has occurred" in D365 F&O

While uploading html email template in d365 F&O

path => Go to the Navigation Panel> Modules> Navigate to Organization administration> Setup> Organizational email templates

the file upload but at same show the error "Unexpected Client Error has occurred".

I also sync and build the model.

Anyone with any idea about this ?

    I had the same issue after upgrading but in my case i was able to upload the email body without issue.
    just try to clear your own user data and check with another browser using Incogoto /InPrivate session .

    That is the expected behavior I don't know still its not yet fixed, most of them reported the same issue, Just close the error message - Everything looks fine.

    I have tested this with private session/Incogoto still the same issue is appearing !

    Solution

    To stop this message from popping up,  follow these steps:

    1. Navigate  to Lasernet > Setup > Parameters > Email  -

    2. In the Emailing body editor type field, change the value to HTML editor.

    If you are using a Lasernet Connector version prior to 6.16 and do not use HTML for email body text, you can also switch to Plain text.
