Hi Everyone,
We have enabled the Manager Absence Calendar in MSS, however managers are requesting the following changes be made to the default view:
- Date ranges is 91 days from current date rather than 28 days.
- Shows all their direct reports with and without time off requests/leave of absence (So they can see their direct reports working calendar/if their is a public holiday coming up for any of their reports - A lot of managers have staff from various locations so it is hard to keep track of all employees public holidays)
I have tried altering personalisations/locking the fields once view option without requests has been toggled, but this locks the field with the default option (to no) rather than locking it on yes.
Any help would be greatly appreciate as I am not sure is this default can be changed or how a Flow would allow you to set these parameters for all managers in MSS.
