The number of Customer Voice responses does not match the number of responses in the database

Hello, I have a problem I can't seem to solve. I created a survey and sent it to several people. I received about 400 responses, which I can view in Customer Voice without any issues. However, when I want to view the responses in detail in the “Dataverse” database and open the “msfp_surveyresponse” table by filtering on my survey, I only see about 200 rows. If I look more closely at the surveyresponseurl field and check the “ResponseId” field, I see that some IDs are missing. I should note that the last responses came in over a month ago. What could be causing this? Do you have any ideas?
Thank you for your help

msfp_surveyresponse is an activity table, Dataverse only creates a record and a ResponseId when the sync succeeds. If the sync fails at the moment the response comes in, the Dataverse row is never created which is why you see gaps in the ResponseId sequence. What I observe is sometimes dataverse connection go idle if you do not open project for a while ( this is not a confirmed behavior as per my observation). Once the response fails to sync unfortunately missing older responses will not sync, even if you open the project again. Customer Voice does not backfill previously missed records. If you need all 400 responses inside Dataverse, the only supported option is to export the full dataset from Customer Voice (Excel) and manually import the missing responses into Dataverse.

Thanks for the reply. This is an issue if we want to process the responses directly through Power BI. Are there any other ways to ensure that the data is reliable and complete?
