Unable to Add New Pages to Power BI Report in Customer Service Historical Analysis Dashboard

Hello everyone,

I am a system administrator with full privileges, and I’m facing an issue with the Customer Service Historical Analysis dashboard in Dynamics 365.

My goal is to add a new page to the Power BI report within this dashboard. When I edit the report, I can successfully create new pages and save the changes. However, after publishing, the new page does not appear in the dashboard.

Currently, only the two default pages — Summary and Agent — are visible when viewing the report. Any modifications I make to these two pages are reflected correctly, but new pages I add never show up.
