I'm running Asset management and would like to begin leveraging the preferred worker and having the capability to run the Schedule Work Orders batch job to automatically schedule that work order to that worker that is preferred.
Currently the process is assigning the preferred person to the work order, however it is not changing the status of work order from New to Scheduled. Not sure what config I'm missing on this.
