D365 F&O On-Prem 10.0.43 - Workflow Editor fails with MSIS9224 (Invalid redirect_uri)

I'm facing an issue with Workflow Editor in a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations On-Premises environment. The issue is

MSIS9224: Received invalid OAuth authorization request.
The received 'redirect_uri' parameter is not a valid registered redirect URI for the client identifier:
67ae0dc4-5f97-4c38-b132-65d38bbab8d1
Received redirect_uri:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/nativeclient
