Hi All,

I would like to use D365 contact center along with copilot enabled. I would like to explore Copilot service admin center and Copilot service workspace.

Pls guide me how to install this.

Hey!

Definitively, you need to start on the Trial Page, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365/products/contact-center. Select "Try for free". You need to use a valid work email (GMAIL, YAHOO or HOTMAIL won't be allowed). Also, you need to add a phone number for validation. The trial is valid for 30 days.
