Hi All,

Anyone who know update or direction from Microsoft for D365 HR? Is the stand alone still available OR will it be merge now with D365 Finance & Operations?

That is correct, and the merge has happened. Separate HR no longer exist.

You still have to buy the license however: Human Resources Pricing | Microsoft Dynamics 365

Is this mean that the functionality from stand alone HR before is now available on D365 F&O? Or there are still ongoing merging?

It has merged with F&O now, and you cannot order it stand-alone anymore. It still requires a separate license.

Deadline for migration was the end of December 2023 (I.e. stand-alone HR environments will be turned off)
