I am testing Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insight with the free trial. I have created my real-time marketing email successfully.
I am trying to send a test email or even the real email but I get a message saying : From email: The from address for this message uses a domain that isn't authenticated for your organization. This can significantly lower message deliverability.
I have read that By default there is a dynamics domain set up but don't seem to find it.
Please note you will need access to your domain's DNS control panel to be able to add new records as you walk through the authentication process.
