Lab I want to use link: Add a new record and check for duplicates
I follow User id and password but I can not access lab. Kindly check and help

    The error you're encountering—AADSTS50020: User account does not exist in tenant and cannot access the application—indicates that the User ID provided is not recognized by the Azure Active Directory (AAD) tenant hosting the training lab.

    ✅ Here’s what you can do:

    1. Check the Tenant Association

      • The user account User1-5378f103@cloudisco.onmicrosoft.com must be added as a guest or external user in the tenant Test_ContosoAds to access the lab resources.

    2. Sign Out and Retry

      • Sign out of all Microsoft accounts in your browser.
      • Clear cookies or use an incognito window.
      • Sign in again using the correct credentials provided for the lab.

    3. Verify Credentials and Access Method

      • Ensure you're using the correct lab environment URL and credentials.
      • If you're accessing via a training portal, confirm that the lab has been properly assigned to your account.

    4. Contact Lab Administrator or Support

      • If the issue persists, you may need to contact the training provider or Microsoft support to have your user added to the correct tenant or to verify lab provisioning.

    Please ignore the reply from DAnny3211 as the reply seems to be generated with AI and not validated before pasting the content. As this is a training lab, of course you can't complete the first suggestion. Microsoft is managing the access with automated scripts.
     
    You can retry your action in an in-private browsing mode. If it still doesn't work, you can contact Microsoft Support.
