Where do I look in D365 to find customers that have been onboarded and still need the customer process completed?

    In Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, check the All customers list:

    📍 Modules > Accounts receivable > Customers > All customers

    🔍 Use filters like:

    • Customer status (e.g., "New" or "Inactive")
    • Created date (recent additions)
    • Workflow status (if using approvals)

    For Dynamics 365 Sales, check:

    📍 Sales Hub > Customers > Accounts or Contacts

    Filter by:

    • Status Reason (e.g., "Prospect" or "Pending Approval")
    • Created On (recent records)

    What do you mean exactly? There is no thing in D365 Finance that's called customer process.

    There's no "Customer in process" queue, per se, but you could use the Customers on Hold list for this purpose if you have your staff put customers on hold until the setup process is complete.
