I've come across a bug that when I try to create my own personalised views in Dynamics 365 it is not showing my view with an asterisk nor is it letting me save as a new view. Any ideas why?
I've added Address1:City here but it doesn't matter which column I choose, none are allowing me to create my own view.
Using Edit Columns or Filter Columns is not allowing me to save a new view
Hi Leah & Prathibha,
I haven't found a solution to this but it has resolved itself somehow. I changed the View security role settings and redeployed to my test environment - didn't change anything. So I removed the view security settings I'd changed and redeployed to Test - and it's working again!! Not sure why, but hopefully just a random glitch!

Hi Leah,
Is this true for all users? No just myself that I am aware of so far
Administrators too? No system admin can modify and save views as normal
Is it suddenly like this? It used to be normal, right? Yes it used to be fine up until a few days ago, no permissions have been changed in that time however.

Hi Prathibha,
No I do not have this option - as I said when I modify my view there is no indication at all that changes have been made - there is no asterisk appearing beside the name of the view and nothing to suggest that is has registered I've made any changes.
