Hi Team,

I have to put a table, something similar to below, in Description while invoicing.

Whenever I copy paste system creates multiple billing line. I don't want that, I want to have it in single billing line.

Is there an easy way to do it., One or two line is manageable manually but, if there are multiple entries in table then not practical.

Ensure that the Description field is set up to accommodate a multiline entry. If the system is creating a new line for each line break, try entering the entire table in a single line.

Delimiter Usage:

Consider using a specific delimiter (e.g., a comma or semicolon) between the entries in the table. After pasting, you can then manually split the information into separate fields using the delimiter.

Custom Development:

If the standard functionality doesn't meet your needs, you might need a more customized solution. This could involve development work to parse the pasted content and organize it into a single billing line.

Hi,

I think you can use commo else system will read this as two lines . Or did you try using import using excel add-in?

Hi Nauman,

Have you tried to use delimiter (like ; ) to avoid creating several lines on billing type. You need to remove shift line to avoid creating several lines.

Example:

437-P30123;Project Phoenix - Market Analysis;5890;437-P31234;Ad-hoc: Leadership Workshop;3120
