Coverage Waiting Period on Eligibility Rules on Benefit Plans

Can anyone please assist me with the setup of the waiting period on the eligibility rules on benefit plans in the benefits management module in D365?
The business rule is that benefits are eligible to all full-time employees on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, so for example if an employee started on 12/22/2025, their benefit plans should be given to them with a 2/1/2026 coverage start date. We have tried many different configurations and usually end up with the coverage start date equal to the 30th of the following month, in this example that would be 1/30/2026. That is close, but we want it to automatically be assigned as 2/1/2026 in this scenario.
