I have an enquiry about duplicate detection so the issue is that most times salespeople have more than one lead from one company and when we try to import them it takes only one and takes the other ones as duplicates because of having the same company name so I wanted to know if is there a way to restrict it from taking the same company name as a duplicate

Hello I don't want to have one lead from the company, I want different leads from the same company so if I have 5 different leads from the same company I want it to import all of them and not take one so in summary I want the system to be customized in such a way that it does not take leads from the same company as duplicates.

Hi,

Should the company name be stored as a field on the LEAD?

My example:

You can use it to create one duplicate detection rule:

Test:
1)Example Data:

2)Import tracking:
-- Only one lead imported successfully.

--Other leads failed to import due to duplicates.
