Solution Import failed in 365 CRM On premise 9.1

getting an error while importing a solution that contains a separate entity without any dependency on others and attached the import logs hope to be resolved

The import of solution: Integration Logs after adding is success failed.
Error code 80048543. Help me resolve this issue.

    Try open the Log file using Excel and it will be more clear.
    Check for the dependencies, add the dependencies to the solution and import again.

    Hi Jimmy,
     Actually, after opening the log in Excel I get this
     Exception while executing the query:IF EXISTS (SELECT * FROM sys.tables WHERE NAME = N'MetadataTimestamp' and type = N'U')
    BEGIN
    SELECT 1 as DoesExist
    END
    ELSE
    BEGIN
    SELECT 0 as DoesExist
    END
    What I've figured out is that I'm not able to create any entity on prod. I've tried on a simple testing entity, even without any fields, it's throwing an exception timeout, while the application DB is working fine, and tried to create directly on the DB, it's creating successfully.
