We have a custom portal page which we use for event registration. On this page we have a set of subscription lists where a user can select their preferences
We have also set up a marketing page which we use in the emails we send out so contacts can update their preferences
With the introduction of RTM we are a bit stumped on how to link this current set up to the Consent center. We know you can do a one-off update but is there a way we can link the subscription lists to the consent center, or are there any other ideas to get around this.
Until we have this joined up we are not able to start sending emails from RTM
The links show how to set up the consent centre and how to carry out a one-time migration, but don't have anything about the situation where we have an event registration form which uses subscription lists to indicate preferences and how this could be linked on-going with the consent centre in RTM.
If we cannot link subscription lists to Consent Centre, how do we collect preferences for information that the contact is interested in
