When I try to make a call within the Dynamics sales app, the prefix is +44. I'm in the USA, where do I change it to +1?

    Check the above forum response. It's a few years old, but I think it still applies. Basically, a System Administrator can set the default country code for phone numbers organization wide in the System Settings menu.
