Microsoft Dynamics for Sales performance issue

When we have a Microsoft Dynamics for Sales performance issues, longer time to load, and users are unable to proceed with business processes. 
What are the best practices to once we have clarification on it being overall user experience non related to network issues?

    I don't have experience myself with Dynamics 365 for Sales and performance issues. You can check if there are clean-up job to be scheduled. You can also check if it might be related to possible customizations or partner solutions in your environment. You might get also help from your partner. In case you don't have customizations, you can also log an incident for Microsoft Support.
