Electronic Reporting - Print Managment Destination (email)

I am trying to mass send statements out to customers using a template derived from Reconciliation model.version.39 model and the Cust account statement, Ext (Excel).version.39.13 format. In the ER Print Destination settings, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the Email to attributes to work.
The e-mail source account. When I try to bind it the format mapping does not seem to have anything that returns a value that would complete this configuration and make it functional.

Any ideas?
I've tried GETCURRENTCOMPANY () this returns the company value but does not satisfy the requirement to make this functional and actually execute sending an email.
Also tried -
model.CustomerInfo.AccountNum - when I tested this it just brings up a dialog box to insert a value.
