    Hi There,

In most localized versions of BC, the bulk email is not possible, however I would like to know which localization are you talking about?

    Thanks

You should be able to (depending on your localization settings). In US/Canada environments for example you can select multiple payment lines and then decide to "Use the default profile for all selected documents without confirmation" or "Confirm the first profile and use it for all selected documents":

You may receive a prompt before that message. If you do just make sure you use default email settings:

    Hopefully that helps.

Do you mean sending it to multiple recipients at the same time?
If so, you can add multiple recipients below.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
yes in supported localizations you can bulk email remittance advice from Business Central; from Payment Journals, select one or more payment lines and use Related > Payments > Send Remittance Advice, or after posting you can go to Vendor Ledger Entries, select one or more entries, and use Actions > Functions > Send Remittance Advice; this uses document sending profiles/email setup, and Microsoft notes it’s supported for UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa only.

    Hi,

Yes, BC can do this, but not in a very obvious way out of the box.

The standard Remittance Advice report can be set to send by email per vendor, the trick is on the Document Sending Profile of each vendor and on the Report Selection - Bank Account, where you choose Remittance Advice - Journal or Posted, and set the Use for Email body or attachment. Once this is configured, when you run the Remittance Advice from the Payment Journal or from Vendor Ledger Entries, BC sends one email per vendor automatically, with the PDF attached.

The catch is, the SMTP setup must be working, and each vendor must have an Email and a proper Document Sending Profile. If even one vendor has no email, the batch stops or skips, depending on the BC version.

For a proper bulk send after posting, the cleanest path we use on projects, run the Remittance Advice - Posted report, on the request page choose Send by Email, set the filters on the payment journal batch or on the vendor range, and BC processes all vendors in one go.

If you need more flexibility, like sending to multiple emails per vendor, custom subject and body, or a covering message, then either Continia Document Output or a small AL extension does the job better than standard.

✅ Tick the checkbox below to mark the answer as verified, if it helped resolve your question.
