The data is not able to extract to excel file

I want to download the data stored in the sharepoint site to an excel file for ease of use, however it's not allowing

    Hi Partner,
    Which app are you using in Dynamics 365?
    After some searching, I found that it has something to do with.
    Import data from Sharepoint file into excel - Microsoft Community
