Hi! I tried to check Availability by Event for an item and the side was empty. Realised this item only goes by drop shipments. Is that the problem? Is that why is it not showing?

Can I do something to change this so I can see all shipments and use the forecasts too?

Agree with Wang. If you need to display the drop shipment quantity, this needs to be customized.

I agree with your reasoning. For drop-shipped items, the inventory is not physically received in your warehouse. it goes directly from the vendor to the customer. So BC doesn't treat it as typical supply-and-demand events, and exclude those from the overview. You might need to consider a customization to change the logic if drop shipment consists a substantial part of your business.
