Sales Price List not updating on service order

Hello all,

We have a sales price list and we have resources tagged to those with desired unit prices.

When we are using the same resource under the service order, the system picks the unit price from the resource card.

Anything we are missing here ??

Regards,
TK

    Hello,

In Business Central the pricing is set up for service orders by following ways:
    1. Service Price Groups: Ensure that you have set up service price groups correctly. Service price groups allow you to apply specific pricing to service items or resources. You can assign these groups to service items on service item lines.
    2. Service Price Adjustment Groups: Verify if you have set up service price adjustment groups. These groups can adjust the pricing of service items based on various criteria, such as specific resources or service tasks.
    3. Service Item Lines: Make sure that the service item lines in your service order are correctly linked to the appropriate service price groups or adjustment groups. This ensures that the correct pricing is applied.
    4. Resource Card Settings: Double-check the settings on the resource card to ensure that there are no overrides or specific pricing rules that might be affecting the unit price when used in service orders.

    Hi TK,

You might have missed some field values that need to match your resource pricing criteria. This could be why the price values are not appearing on the service order lines.

Additionally, ensure you use the "Get price" function from the Line actions tab.

    Please check and confirm.

    Thanks,

    AA
