Copilot on Mobile App on smart Phone

We have been introducing Co Pilot to our Field Service Apps. What we are unable to do is add Copilot to our Field Service Mobile App on the Smartphone. I am told this capability is only available in America at the moment. I am in Australia. Does anyone have any additional information on Copilot on the Field Service Mobile App on the Smartphone? Has anyone been able to get it to work? I am particularly interested in being able to update Bookings etc. via voice recognition.

Not sure which version of the field service mobile app you are using but you need to use the new user experience:

With the help of Copilot in Dynamics 365 Field Service, technicians can update work orders in the new user experience of the Field Service mobile app.
