Hi All,
I am new to D365 business central.
I have a question regarding posting. Can anyone help me clarify about below?
When posting a job, if a G/L account is selected in the job journal for posting, the G/L account will be reflected.
Conversely, if do not select a G/L account in the job journal , the default account for the posting group is applied.
Is above right?
 
I want to post purchase invoice, when preview posting, why these GL account showing here and from where I can configure that?

    Based on the screenshot, it appears as if you are posting a Purchase Document, which will flow through the Project Journal if a "Project No." and "Project Task No." are defined on any of the Purchase Lines.  The G/L Accounts impacted by the transaction are controlled by the "General Posting Setup", which is a combination of the "Gen. Bus. Posting Group" from the Vendor and the "Gen. Prod. Posting Group" from the Purchase Line (Item/G/L Account/Resource/Etc.).
     
    Hopefully this helps you track down the setups.  I would recommend you reach out to your Business Central partner for more guidance, as the Posting Setups are an extremely important aspect of the software.
