CPOS Shift closed but not posted

Hi all,

I have a shift which has generated a statement and been posted as normal. However the shift is still appearing on the 'Unposted Shifts' form. There were no errors to acknowledge and it was not closed blind.

Is anyone aware of anything else that should be checked, or how this statement can be marked as posted, if appropriate?

Hello Robert Reid ,

Voided transactions never includes in a statement, if shift still shows unposted then may be still some transactions not yet pulled or some transactions might be pulled but you haven't created a statement yet, re-verify the store transactions again.

Thanks for your answer.

I've checked and the only transactions which don't exist in the statement are those that have been voided. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hello Robert,

May be some transactions might have pulled after the statement generation, you could verify it from Store transactions and shift transactions.
