Unable to see anything but the Create Contact in Outlook using Copilot for Sales.

We are only able to see the Create Contact option in Outlook using Copilot for Sales. We have been unable to find the setting to enable this, or is it a matter of our licenses.

Believe we should be able to see the Create Lead, Account, and Case with the service installed.
