I'm using the standard prebuilt AI Builder model provided by Microsoft. However, I need to process credit notes. When I enable this option, an error appears, so I'm unable to activate it.
Since I don't have permission to modify the prebuilt model, is there any alternative solution that would allow me to process credit notes without having to create and use a custom model?
Hi !
Could you please refer to the Microsoft documentation below: Configure Invoice Capture in Dynamics 365 Finance
Based on your description, it appears that the Model field mapping in the System Preferences configuration may not have been completed. Please review the model mapping settings and ensure that all required fields are configured correctly. Once the model mapping is updated, try enabling the Credit Note option again and verify whether the issue is resolved.
If the problem persists, please share the exact error message or a screenshot so that the community can assist further. Thanks Abishek
Thank you for your response, but you provided a documentation link that explains the required configurations, not the activation of credit notes for the predefined models by Microsoft.
