I was working on the User Approval workflow and setup when I started to test, I experience this error.
I tried 2 different users and it got me the same error, when I ask my colleague to send the approval for me to approve, I was able to receive the request.
I had checked the Workflow, the user approval setup, the Job queue entries, the approval request entries, I'm pretty certain my set up is fine.
I have also checked on the forum, it seems to have some thing to do with Email administration permissions. I wonder if I'm correct on this as my IT admin said there was not problem with the email.
